I have known Josh for many years. He helped me with job placement many years ago. As I have grown in my professional career to Supervisory positions, I have utilized his professional services to provide skilled staff. He’s very personable, professional and knowledgeable. And he’s also one of the most pleasant people you could ever meet. We may not talk often but when we do, he remembers me and knows the caliber of staff that I’m looking for. I worked for approximately 4 years with Josh. He is one of the main recruiters for CRH Internal Audit in the USA. He (and his network) introduced a significant number of high quality candidates that accepted positions and made a career in CRH. In one odd case that didn’t work out he still solved the issue and went beyond the contract that was in place. On a less serious note, he is fun to work with!

He gets to know his clients before attempting to present applicants for either temporary, long-term assignments or hired permanent into the roles. On one single occasion I ran into a situation where an applicant turned out to be the wrong fit as their personality was conflicting with my whole team. Josh took matters to heart and quickly resolved the issue by having that person removed and a replacement in their spot inside of a week’s turnaround, Bravo! Josh is a great manager. He is very resourceful and a great motivator. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to possibly doing it again in the future. He has a positive attitude no matter what comes his way.
