I had the privilege to work with Josh. Without a doubt, Josh loves what he does: he always puts the client’s interests before his own and delivers on promises made. His perceptive listening skills and his ability to ask good questions of both the client and candidate is what allows him to identify the right candidate on a consistent basis.

Laura placed me in my current position. It was a pleasure to work with Laura. She quickly found a position which matched my requirements, skills and experience. A year and a half later it is still proving to be a great match for me and my employer.

It always amazed me how she could strike an acceptable balance between the client and her consultant, without alienating either one. Her interest doesn’t stop after the placement, she stayed proactive, reaching out to make sure that I was happy at the assignment– that always gave me a sense of security and comfort. In moments of crisis, she was my best hope for soothing. She had this knack for accessing work related situations and giving you the best professional advice there is. It is not often you have a recruiter that could also be a friend! And in all these years, she never failed to make me feel special; and that sentiment is shared among colleagues. During the down periods, most recruiters are known to forget about you, but not Laura: those occasional emails, and phone calls to check on me, were highly appreciated because it made me feel that really, she was working for me, despite the odds. I like Laura a lot, and would never hesitate to work with her again. She is one of those rare managers that comes by every once in a long while; and once you work with her, you’d never want to let go!!
