Polaris Temporary Placement Process:
- We develop a comprehensive understanding of your team’s make-up, skill sets, and intangibles.
- You will receive our top 3-6 candidates – the top matches for your temporary opening.
- Phone screens and/or in-person interviews are scheduled.
- A candidate is chosen, and Polaris will begin the onboarding process with you.
- Polaris does a criminal background check prior to any candidate beginning their assignment.
- We will walk the individual in on their first day (and will probably bring some goodies).
- Polaris guarantees all candidates for the first two days.

Temporary-to-hire is a great way to test things like work ethic and culture fit (and office kitchen etiquette) before making your final decision on a candidate. Tons of hiring managers love it! Candidates love it too because they can make sure your company will be a great long-term fit for them.

It means the candidate’s resume isn’t all over the internet for every recruiter in the city to see, so they take some digging to uncover.
Our recruiters have strong finance and accounting/recruiting backgrounds. We lived in the accounting world, so it’s easy for us to recognize top talent and deliver it for you.
Polaris Direct Hire Search Process:
- We develop a comprehensive understanding of your team’s make-up, skill sets, and intangibles.
- You will receive our top 3-6 candidates for your direct hire opening.
- Phone screens and in-person interviews are scheduled with all stake-holders.
- Three references are checked with the chosen candidate.
- Upon request, Polaris will conduct a full background check.
- Candidate accepts your offer. Polaris Recruiter dances the Macarena.
